Summary

I redesigned the Customer and Driver apps for Wing, an Amazon company, serving 5K+ drivers across 25+ courier companies. The redesign automated core delivery workflows, eliminated up to 60 minutes of daily driver friction, and helped scale the platform to 50+ courier companies and 100M+ shipments delivered.
